Sheela Foam: Q1 FY27 Revenue Surges 26% to ₹1032 Cr

Sheela Foam Limited has announced its financial results for the first quarter of FY27, showcasing robust growth. Consolidated revenue increased by 26% YoY to ₹1032 crore, while EBITDA grew by a substantial 45% YoY to ₹109 crore. The company also highlighted strong performance in its Australian and Spanish operations, with EBITDA at 12.8% and 14.7% respectively. Standalone revenue also saw a healthy 20% YoY jump to ₹761 crore.

Sheela Foam Reports Strong Q1 FY27 Performance

Sheela Foam Limited has released its financial results for the first quarter of Fiscal Year 2027 (Q1 FY27), revealing significant year-over-year growth across key financial metrics. The company achieved a consolidated revenue of ₹1032 crore, marking a 26% increase compared to the same period last year. This growth in top-line revenue was accompanied by a substantial rise in profitability, with consolidated EBITDA soaring by 45% YoY to ₹109 crore. The EBITDA margin also improved by 139 basis points to 10.6%.

Key Financial Highlights (Q1 FY27)

The company’s performance was driven by strong operational momentum. In the consolidated segment, EBITDA margin expanded to 10.6%, up from 9.2% in Q1 FY26. Profit After Tax (PAT) for the consolidated entity stood at ₹62 crore, with a PAT margin of 6.0%. Basic/Diluted EPS (Earnings Per Share) was reported at ₹5.6.

Standalone Performance

On a standalone basis, Sheela Foam Limited (SFL) also demonstrated impressive growth. Revenue from operations increased by 20% YoY to ₹761 crore. EBITDA for the standalone segment grew by 13% YoY to ₹68 crore, with an EBITDA margin of 9.0%. PAT for the standalone operations was ₹44 crore, reflecting a PAT margin of 5.8%.

International Operations Show Strength

The company’s international subsidiaries also contributed positively to the overall results. Australia reported EBITDA at 12.8%, while Spain reported EBITDA at 14.7%. These figures highlight the continued operational efficiency and profitability of Sheela Foam’s global presence.

Operational and Strategic Updates

Operational highlights for Q1 FY27 include mattress volume growth of 6% and value growth of 15%. Foam volume grew by 4%, with value growth of 26%. The company emphasized key volume growth drivers like e-commerce, which saw a +23% volume growth and +30% value growth. U2O (Unit-to-Online) also saw strong performance with +19% volume growth and +81% value growth. Sheela Foam also expanded its geographical footprint by launching 41 net new showrooms.
