Refunds and Cancellations

  1. Customers may request a full refund within 7 days of purchasing one of our stock market courses.
  2. To request a refund, customers must contact us in writing via email or letter and provide their full name, the course name, and the date of purchase.
  3. We will process the refund within 7 days of receiving the written request, provided the request is received within the 7-day period.
  4. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as the original purchase.
  5. If a customer has already accessed or downloaded any course materials, the request for a refund will be denied.
  6. If a customer has registered for a live course or webinar, the request for a refund will be denied unless the course or webinar has not yet taken place.
  7. We reserve the right to cancel any course or webinar at any time, in which case customers will be entitled to a full refund.
