The paid-up share capital stands at USD 1,000, comprising 1,000 shares of USD 1 each. The shareholding structure indicates that Varun Beverages (Zimbabwe) (Private) Limited will hold 70% of the JV, while Mega Market Private Limited will hold the remaining 30%.
