In his new capacity, Mr. Sharma will lead the Global Industrial Services and Solutions business. His responsibilities will encompass overseeing operations and maintenance, retrofit and modernization efforts, and driving growth in services, spares, and digitization activities. Mr. Sharma possesses extensive experience, spanning 25 years in areas such as business management, business development, sales, marketing, and value stream mapping. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and a Master of Business Administration (MBA).
Prior to joining ISGEC Heavy Engineering Limited, Mr. Sharma held significant leadership positions at companies including Thermax Global Limited, GE Power, and STEAG Energy, among other well-regarded organizations.
