For the quarter ended June 30, 2026, Gulf Oil Lubricants India Limited reported a total income of ₹1,35,409.30 lakhs, a substantial increase compared to the previous periods. Total expenses were recorded at ₹1,18,938.60 lakhs. The profit before exceptional items and tax stood at ₹16,470.70 lakhs. After accounting for tax expenses, the net profit for the quarter was ₹12,083.83 lakhs. Total comprehensive income, comprising profit and other comprehensive income, amounted to ₹12,091.26 lakhs.

Financial Highlights (Standalone)

On a standalone basis, the company’s total income for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, was ₹1,34,700.32 lakhs. Total expenses amounted to ₹1,17,456.28 lakhs, resulting in a profit before exceptional items and tax of ₹17,244.04 lakhs. The net profit for the quarter on a standalone basis was ₹12,752.45 lakhs. Total comprehensive income for the period was ₹12,759.93 lakhs.

Dividend Approval and AGM Details

A significant decision made by the Board was the approval of the final dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The dividend is proposed at ₹30/- per equity share, which translates to 1,500% of the face value. This recommendation is subject to the approval of the shareholders at the upcoming 18th Annual General Meeting (AGM). The AGM is scheduled for Friday, September 11, 2026, and will be conducted via Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM).

Record Date and E-voting

To determine the eligibility of shareholders for the final dividend and for e-voting on business items at the AGM, the Record Date has been fixed as Friday, September 4, 2026. The e-voting period will commence on Monday, September 7, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. (IST) and conclude on Thursday, September 10, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. (IST).
