Eicher Motors Limited has announced its strongest-ever financial performance for FY2025-26, achieving consolidated revenues of ₹23,408 crore and a 17% increase in profit after tax to ₹5,515 crore. Growth was fueled by record-breaking sales at Royal Enfield, which surpassed 1.2 million units, and robust performance by VE Commercial Vehicles (VECV). Following these results, the Board has recommended a final dividend of ₹82 per share.
Annual Financial Highlights
For the financial year ended March 31, 2026, Eicher Motors reported a landmark year. Revenue from operations climbed 24% year-on-year to ₹23,408 crore, while EBITDA rose 23% to ₹5,785 crore. The company’s focus on global expansion and premium product offerings helped drive these record figures, reflecting sustainable long-term growth.
Segment Performance: Royal Enfield and VECV
Royal Enfield achieved a historic milestone by surpassing 1.2 million annual motorcycle sales for the second consecutive year, representing a 22% growth. Domestic sales grew by 23% to 1,107,343 units, while international exports rose by 20% to 120,634 units. The brand continues to focus on innovation, notably entering the electric mobility space with the Flying Flea C6.
VE Commercial Vehicles (VECV) also posted record revenue of ₹27,076.6 crore, a 15% increase over the previous year. The division crossed the significant milestone of 100,000 vehicles sold in a single year, achieving a growth rate of 14.7%. This performance underscores the strength of the Volvo-Eicher joint venture as it continues to modernize the commercial transportation sector.
Strategic Investments for Future Growth
To support future demand, Eicher Motors has committed to major capital projects. This includes a brownfield capacity expansion at Cheyyar with an investment of ₹958 crore, which will increase annual production capacity from 14.6 lakh units to 20 lakh units. Furthermore, the company is progressing with its strategic expansion plan at Tada, Andhra Pradesh, aiming to build future-ready capacity for both its combustion and electric portfolios.
