The meeting will commence at 12:00 Noon IST and will be conducted entirely through video conferencing (VC) or other audio-visual means (OAVM), as permitted by recent regulatory circulars. The company aims to ensure maximum participation of its members by leveraging these virtual platforms.
Key Agenda Items
The AGM’s agenda includes several critical business items. Under Ordinary Business, shareholders will vote on the adoption of the Audited Standalone Financial Statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, along with the reports from the Board of Directors and Auditors. Furthermore, Mr. Uddhav Rathi is proposed for reappointment as a Whole-time Director, retiring by rotation.
