Strategic Expansion in Kompally

Brigade Group has officially announced the signing of a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) for a premium residential project located in the high-growth corridor of Kompally, Hyderabad. Spanning 5.6 acres, the project is designed to cater to the increasing demand for sustainable and modern living spaces in North Hyderabad, with a projected revenue potential of ₹850 crore.

Strengthening the Hyderabad Portfolio

This latest acquisition continues Brigade’s momentum in the Hyderabad real estate market. The company has already established a notable presence with projects such as Brigade at No.7 in Banjara Hills, Brigade Citadel in Moti Nagar, and the 4 million sqft mixed-use development, Brigade Gateway at Neopolis. Additionally, the company is actively developing Brigade Enclave and Brigade Manor in Moti Nagar.
