  • Net Revenue: ₹1,810.65 crore (up 23.5% YoY)
  • Gross Margin: Maintained at 36.9%
  • EBITDA (excluding other income): ₹190.96 crore (up 54.5% YoY), with an EBITDA margin of 10.5%
  • Profit After Tax (PAT): ₹130.25 crore (up 76.4% YoY), resulting in a PAT margin of 7.2%
  • Diluted EPS: ₹2.96

Segment Performance

All business segments contributed to the growth, with Electronics & Consumer Durables benefiting from improved demand due to the supportive summer season. The Electricals segment continued its high growth trajectory, partly supported by price inflation. The integration of the Sunflame business is also progressing well.

Geographical Performance

The company witnessed strong performance across regions, with South markets growing by 36.7% and Non-South markets by 12.0% year-on-year. The contribution from Non-South markets to total revenues was 48.5% in Q1 FY27.

Balance Sheet Strength

The balance sheet remains robust, with a net worth of ₹2,509.90 crore as of June 30, 2026. The net cash position stood at a healthy ₹669.58 crore, indicating strong liquidity and financial stability.
