The company achieved significant growth in its Jewellery and Watches segments, with Jewellery revenue growing 43% to ₹18,253 crore and Watches revenue increasing 21% to ₹1,543 crore. Profit Before Tax (PBT) saw a 64% rise to ₹2,429 crore.

Titan Company Limited has registered a powerful start to Fiscal Year 2027, with its consolidated total income for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026, reaching ₹20,753 crore. This represents a significant 40% increase compared to the same period last year, driven by broad-based growth across its diverse business verticals.
Segmental Highlights Drive Growth
The Jewellery division emerged as a primary growth engine, with revenue soaring by 43% to ₹18,253 crore. This surge was attributed to strong demand during festive periods like Akshaya Tritiya and the success of Titan’s exchange programs. The Watches segment also demonstrated healthy performance, growing 21% to ₹1,543 crore, fueled by premiumization trends and a continued consumer preference for analog timepieces. The EyeCare business contributed with a 21% growth in revenue, reaching ₹289 crore.
Profitability and Key Initiatives
Consolidated Profit Before Tax (PBT) for the quarter was ₹2,429 crore, a remarkable 64% increase year-on-year. The company also approved the ‘Titan Company Limited Performance Based Stock Unit Scheme 2026’, subject to shareholder approval, aiming to enhance employee engagement. Additionally, Titan announced plans to incorporate a wholly-owned subsidiary in Canada to expand its Tanishq business into new international markets.
Leadership Appointments
The Board also approved the appointment of Ms. Priya Mathilakath as the Chief People Officer (CPO), effective April 1, 2027, succeeding Mr. Swadesh Behara, who is set to superannuate on March 31, 2027.
