The Board also approved the allotment of 1,87,837 equity shares, each with a face value of ₹10, under the ‘Kaynes ESOP Scheme 2022’. These shares will rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares.

Further, the Board decided to convene the 18th Annual General Meeting on Thursday, September 17, 2026. The meeting will be conducted through Video Conferencing or Other Audio-Visual Means. The cut-off date for determining shareholder eligibility to vote electronically has been set as Friday, September 11, 2026.
Financial Performance Summary
The un-audited standalone financial results show a total income of ₹6,171.72 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, with a profit after tax of ₹769.12 million. The total comprehensive income stood at ₹739.35 million. On a consolidated basis, the total income for the same period was ₹9,604.48 million, with a profit after tax of ₹564.26 million and total comprehensive income of ₹525.39 million.
