Timken India Updates Senior Management Leadership Team

Timken India Limited has announced key leadership changes affecting its senior management team. Effective April 30, 2026, Mr. Avishrant Keshava, General Manager–Special Projects, will step down from his position to pursue opportunities outside the organization. Additionally, Mr. Srinivasan Sarangapani, currently serving as Senior General Manager – India SCM & Global Sourcing, will transition to a new global role within the Timken organization, effective May 1, 2026.

Timken India has confirmed structural changes within its senior leadership team as part of its ongoing operational evolution. The company announced that Mr. Avishrant Keshava, who holds the position of General Manager–Special Projects, has submitted his resignation. His departure is scheduled for April 30, 2026, as he intends to pursue professional opportunities outside the company.

Strategic Realignment

Alongside the resignation, the company provided an update regarding Mr. Srinivasan Sarangapani. Currently leading India SCM & Global Sourcing as Senior General Manager, Mr. Sarangapani will undergo a change in designation effective May 1, 2026. He is set to transition into a broader global role within the Timken organization, reflecting the company’s internal talent mobility and strategic focus on international operations.

Governance and Disclosure

The company has confirmed that both individuals are not related to any Director or Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the firm. These changes represent a shift in the senior management composition as Timken India continues to align its leadership talent with its global and local business objectives.
