Timken India: Q1 FY27 Profit Before Tax Declines 27.5%

Timken India has released its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The company reported a revenue of ₹9,392.81 million, a decrease from the previous year. Timken India Limited announced its unaudited financial results for the first quarter of fiscal year 2027, ending June 30, 2026. The total income for the quarter stood at ₹9,392.81 million, compared to ₹10,757.73 million in the same period last year. Expenses for the quarter were ₹7,889.36 million. This resulted in a profit before tax of ₹1,503.45 million, a decrease of 27.5% from ₹2,073.76 million in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. The net profit after tax for the quarter was ₹1,151.30 million, down from ₹1,547.94 million reported in the prior year’s quarter.

Board Meeting Details

The Board of Directors approved these unaudited financial results at their meeting held on August 4, 2026. The meeting commenced at 6:00 PM and concluded at 7:04 PM. The company also confirmed that Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP, the Statutory Auditors, have issued Limited Review Reports with an unmodified opinion on the financial results.
