Time Technoplast Limited has officially completed its new Greenfield manufacturing plant located in Bhilad, Gujarat, India. This strategic expansion is designed to bolster the company’s capabilities in producing Conical Polymer Pails and injection moulded products. The project was completed within the scheduled timeframe and represents an additional dedicated facility for this specific product line.
Investment and Capacity
The newly established plant was set up with an estimated investment of ₹24 crores. It is equipped with a fully automated system leveraging robotics, aiming to significantly reduce human intervention and administrative costs. The plant’s total annual capacity is projected at 6,000 tonnes. At an anticipated 90% capacity utilization, the facility is expected to generate an approximate turnover of ₹100 crores.
Production Commencement
The installation of plant and machinery has been finalized, and the company is set to commence production at the new facility starting from September 25, 2026. This launch is intended to maximize operating efficiency and capacity utilization for the specialized product lines manufactured at this advanced unit.
