Exports also recorded growth over the previous quarter. Commodity and freight inflation, coupled with product mix, impacted margins. The benefits of pricing actions are expected to flow through progressively. The Company remains focused on disciplined order execution, price realization and cost management, while continuing to deliver on its promise of dependability and reliability to customers.”
Future Outlook
Looking ahead, demand across key domestic and export markets is expected to remain steady. However, the operating environment continues to be influenced by geopolitical uncertainty, inflationary pressures, commodity price volatility, and evolving supply-chain dynamics. The company will maintain its focus on disciplined execution, price realization, cost management, and operational efficiency, while closely monitoring the external environment. With a healthy balance sheet and stable cash conversion cycle, Cummins India is committed to deploying capital prudently and managing costs effectively.
