Consolidated Financial Highlights

On a consolidated basis, Tega Industries recorded total income of ₹17,408.55 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, marking a substantial increase of 223% compared to the same period last year. Total expenses amounted to ₹18,582.01 million. The company reported a consolidated profit after tax of ₹1,426.53 million, compared to a profit of ₹426.71 million in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. Total comprehensive income for the period attributable to owners of Tega Industries Limited stood at ₹1,899.18 million.

Standalone Financial Performance

The standalone revenue from operations for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, reached ₹2,686.54 million. Total standalone income for the quarter was ₹2,803.21 million. Standalone profit before tax was ₹617.39 million, and profit after tax was ₹454.20 million. The total comprehensive income for the period on a standalone basis was ₹406.77 million.

Acquisition Impact

Note 5 to the financial results highlights the impact of a recent business acquisition by the Group, which has been accounted for on a provisional basis. This acquisition, completed on June 1, 2026, involved Molycop Group and has resulted in the recognition of identifiable intangible assets and goodwill. The acquisition contributed approximately ₹12,916.40 million to the Group’s revenue for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
