TeamLease Services Limited has officially completed its equity share buyback program, having successfully extinguished 14,87,500 fully paid-up equity shares. The total value of shares bought back and extinguished is approximately ₹14.87 crore. This action, completed as per SEBI regulations, has resulted in a reduction of the company’s outstanding equity share capital, with the post-buyback shareholding patterns detailed in the enclosed annexures.

TeamLease Services Limited has announced the successful completion of its equity share buyback program. The company has extinguished a total of 14,87,500 fully paid-up equity shares, each with a face value of ₹10. This significant corporate action was confirmed by Central Depository Services (India) Limited.

Key Details of the Buyback

The buyback process, which followed the public announcement and letter of offer, saw the tendering period open on July 09, 2026, and close on July 15, 2026. In accordance with the SEBI Buyback Regulations, the company has reduced its share capital by the stated number of shares. The total equity share capital before the buyback stood at ₹16,76,89,000, which has now been adjusted post-extinguishment.

Shareholding Pattern Changes

Annexure A details the shareholding pattern of the Company before and after the buyback. Notably, the percentage of equity share capital held by Promoters and Members of the Promoter Group has slightly increased post-buyback, from 31.11% to 33.29%, while the total number of equity shares held by Financial Institutions/Banks/Institutions has also seen a significant change.

Compliance and Confirmation

The extinguishment of these shares has been confirmed by KFin Technologies Limited, the Registrar to the Buyback, and M/s. Siroya and BA Associates, the Secretarial Auditors of the Company, ensuring compliance with the relevant SEBI Buyback Regulations. The process involved the dematerialized form of shares, with no shares being tendered or extinguished in physical form.
