TD Power Systems: Gets In-Principle Approval for Equity Issue

TD Power Systems Limited has received in-principle approval from both the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India for a preferential issue of 12,50,000 equity shares. These shares will be issued to promoters at a price of not less than Rs. 600/- per share. This development is a step towards enhancing the company’s capital structure and is subject to fulfilling all regulatory and listing requirements.

Preferential Equity Issue Receives Nod

TD Power Systems Limited has announced that it has secured in-principle approval from the stock exchanges for a significant preferential issue. The company plans to issue 12,50,000 equity shares, each with a face value of Rs. 1, to its promoters on a preferential basis. The issue price has been set at a minimum of Rs. 600/- per equity share.

Exchange Approvals Secured

The necessary in-principle approval has been granted by both BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited. BSE provided its approval via a letter dated September 11, 2026, and NSE issued a similar approval on the same date. These approvals are crucial steps towards the finalization of the preferential allotment, subject to the company meeting all stipulated conditions and post-issue formalities.

Regulatory Compliance

The company confirmed that this intimation is made pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. TD Power Systems is expected to adhere strictly to all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines, including the Companies Act, 2013, and SEBI’s ICDR Regulations, during the entire process of issue and allotment of these equity shares.
