At the 32nd Annual General Meeting of Tatia Global Venture Limited, held on August 25, 2026, shareholders approved the appointment of two new directors to the company’s board. These appointments are in line with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and were recommended by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.

New Directors Appointed

The following individuals have been appointed:

  • Mrs. Shoba Nahar (DIN: 01055447) has been appointed as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, effective August 25, 2026. Mrs. Nahar brings extensive experience in finance, investments, risk management, and international business. She is the sister of Mr. Bharat Jain Tatia, the Chairman and Managing Director, and holds 4,87,560 shares in the Company.
  • Mrs. Balasubramanian Kiruthika (DIN: 10255325) has been appointed as a Non-Executive Independent Director. Her term will be for five consecutive years, from April 01, 2027, to March 31, 2032. Mrs. Kiruthika possesses over ten years of experience in finance, foreign investments, risk, and business management. She does not hold any shares in the company and serves as a director in ‘I Stone Globalspot Creations Private Limited’.

Compliance and Affirmations

Tatia Global Venture Limited affirms that both appointed directors are not debarred from holding the office of director by any order of SEBI or any other authority. Furthermore, they are not disqualified from holding the office of Director pursuant to the provisions of Section 164 of the Companies Act, 2013.
