Syrma SGS Technology Limited has announced key leadership changes following its 22nd Annual General Meeting held on August 25, 2026. Mr. Sandeep Tandon has been re-appointed as the Executive Chairman for a term of five years, effective October 1, 2026. Additionally, Mr. Jayesh Nagindas Doshi has been appointed as a Whole-time Director, also for a term of five years, commencing August 25, 2026.

Leadership Appointments at Syrma SGS Technology

Syrma SGS Technology Limited has confirmed significant leadership appointments following its 22nd Annual General Meeting (AGM), which took place on Tuesday, August 25, 2026. The decisions were made based on the recommendations of the Board of Directors.

Executive Chairman Re-appointment

Mr. Sandeep Tandon has been re-appointed as the Executive Chairman of the Company. His existing term as Executive Chairman concludes on September 30, 2026. The shareholders approved his re-appointment, which will be effective from October 1, 2026, and will extend until September 30, 2031. Mr. Tandon is recognized for his extensive experience in the electronics manufacturing sector and his role in steering the company’s growth trajectory.

New Whole-time Director Appointed

The Board also announced the appointment of Mr. Jayesh Nagindas Doshi as a Whole-time Director. Previously serving as a Non-Executive Director, Mr. Doshi brings approximately 37 years of diverse experience across various industries, including finance, M&A, and investments. His appointment is effective from August 25, 2026, and his tenure as Whole-time Director will be for a period of five years, concluding on March 31, 2031. Mr. Doshi has played a key role in the Tandon Group and has experience in leading public market initiatives.

Director Relationships

It is noted that Mr. Jayesh Nagindas Doshi is the brother of Mr. Sandeep Tandon.
