JBM Auto: Reports FY26 Revenue of ₹6,088 Cr, Profit After Tax ₹2,381 Cr

JBM Auto Limited has announced its audited financial results for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026. The company reported a consolidated revenue of ₹6,088.37 crore and a profit after tax of ₹2,380.70 crore. This performance reflects a year-on-year growth of 11.3% in revenue and 10.9% in profit after tax, driven by strong performance across its key business segments.

Strong Financial Performance in FY26

JBM Auto Limited has released its audited financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026, showcasing robust growth across key financial metrics. The company’s consolidated revenue from operations reached ₹6,088.37 crore, marking a significant increase of 11.3% compared to the previous fiscal year’s ₹5,472.33 crore. This growth was primarily driven by strong performance in its core operations.

Profitability and Key Highlights

Profitability for the fiscal year also saw a considerable boost, with Profit Before Tax (PBT) standing at ₹310.28 crore, an increase of 13.6% year-on-year. The Profit After Tax (PAT) for the period was ₹238.07 crore, reflecting a growth of 10.9%. The company’s earnings per share (EPS) also improved by 8.4% to ₹9.25. These results indicate improved operational leverage and efficiency, with total equity strengthening by 14.1%.

Segmental Performance

The OEM Division emerged as the fastest-growing segment in FY26, achieving a growth of 16.2% in revenue, while the Component Division, contributing 56.5% to the total revenue, demonstrated stable growth with a 15.8% margin expansion. The Tool Room Division also showed niche growth with a 10.7% revenue increase. The company’s strategic focus on innovation, product development, and operational excellence across its business verticals continues to drive its performance.

E-Mobility Segment Growth

JBM Electric Vehicles, a key player in India’s sustainable mobility space, contributed significantly to the company’s performance. The e-bus segment saw strong adoption, with the company selling approximately 1,282 electric buses and capturing nearly 24% market share. This segment is expected to benefit from continued government support and advancements in battery technology.
