Scheme of Demerger Effective
Strides Pharma Science Limited is pleased to announce that the Scheme of Demerger, which involves the identified business of Arco Lab Private Limited (“Arco Lab”) with Pivot Path Private Limited (“Pivot Path”), has officially become effective. This significant corporate action is now in effect as of June 1, 2026.
NCLT Approval and Filing
The company had previously received approval for this Scheme of Demerger from the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Bengaluru Bench (NCLT). A certified copy of the NCLT Order was received by Strides Pharma Science Limited on May 25, 2026. Subsequently, the participating entities, namely Arco Lab and Pivot Path, completed the necessary filings by submitting the certified true copy of the Order with the Registrar of Companies.
This intimation serves to formally notify all stakeholders that the Scheme of Demerger has now reached its effective date, marking a new phase for the involved entities.
