Strides Pharma Science Limited Strategic Board and Management Realignment

Strides Pharma Science Limited has announced a significant leadership transition effective June 1, 2026. As part of a succession planning framework, Venkata Seetharama Raju Pakalapati has been elevated to Executive Director, while Aditya Arun Kumar moves to a Non-Executive Director role. Additionally, the company has nominated new senior management personnel to bolster operational oversight and human resources, reinforcing its commitment to professionalizing management and driving sustainable long-term growth.

Executive Leadership Changes

In a move to strengthen executive management, the company has promoted Venkata Seetharama Raju Pakalapati (Ramaraju PVS) from Chief Operating Officer to Executive Director. Effective June 1, 2026, he will join the Board and serve as a Key Managerial Personnel, overseeing global technical operations, manufacturing, supply chain, and procurement initiatives. This appointment follows over 18 years of service within the organization.

Strategic Transition in Governance

Aditya Arun Kumar, who has served as Executive Director – Business Development, will transition to the role of Non-Executive Director on the Board starting June 1, 2026. This change aligns with the promoters’ stated intent to further professionalize the company’s management. Aditya will continue to provide oversight on growth initiatives and contribute to the long-term strategic direction of the business.

Expanded Senior Management Team

To support its growth objectives, Strides has also announced the nomination of two new members to its Senior Management Personnel (SMP) team, effective June 1, 2026:

  • Nandini Matiyani: Appointed as SMP, she will continue leading the global people agenda as Executive VP – HR.
  • Ariff Khan: Appointed as SMP, he remains responsible for heading manufacturing operations across India as Executive VP – Manufacturing Operations.

These appointments reflect the company’s focus on internal talent development and organizational capability building as it enters a new phase of operational expansion.
