The Board of Directors, in a meeting held on May 14, 2026, resolved to convene the AGM on Wednesday, September 30, 2026. The meeting is scheduled to commence at 3:00 p.m. and will be held at the company’s Registered Office located at Block No. 748, Saket Industrial Estate, Jetpura-Basantpura Road, Borisana. The AGM will be conducted through Video Conference (VC) and Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM), in compliance with relevant regulations.
Book Closure Period Announced
In preparation for the upcoming AGM, Shubham Polyspin Limited will observe a book closure period. The Register of Members and the Share Transfer Books of the company will be closed from Wednesday, September 23, 2026, up to and including Wednesday, September 30, 2026. This closure is to facilitate the administrative processes related to the AGM. The company also provided an undertaking that all securities received for transfer up to one month prior to the intimation date have been duly processed, and those pending will be transferred and despatched within 15 days of receipt.
