Genus Prime Infra Limited has announced the book closure and record date for its 26th Annual General Meeting (AGM), scheduled for September 24, 2026. Annual General Meeting Details Announced

Genus Prime Infra Limited has formally announced the details concerning its upcoming 26th Annual General Meeting (AGM). The meeting is slated to take place on Thursday, September 24, 2026, commencing at 11:00 A.M. IST. In line with current regulations, the AGM will be conducted entirely through Video Conferencing (VC) and Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM).

Book Closure and Record Date

To facilitate the AGM proceedings, the company has declared a book closure period for its Register of Members and Share Transfer Books. This closure will be effective from Friday, September 18, 2026, through to Thursday, September 24, 2026, with both dates inclusive. The designated record date for determining the eligibility of members to attend and vote at the AGM has been set as Thursday, September 17, 2026. Shareholders as of this date will be entitled to participate.

E-Voting Information

Shareholders will have the opportunity to cast their votes electronically. A remote e-voting facility will be provided by Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL). The remote e-voting period will commence on Monday, September 21, 2026, at 09:00 A.M. IST and will conclude on Wednesday, September 23, 2026, at 05:00 P.M. IST. This facility is available to shareholders holding shares in either physical or dematerialized form as of the record date. The e-voting module will be disabled by CDSL once the voting period ends.
