Unaudited Financial Results for Q1 FY27
The Board approved the unaudited financial results for the first quarter of the financial year 2026-27, which ended on June 30, 2026. These results, both standalone and consolidated, were presented along with the Limited Review Report as Annexure “A”. The standalone financial results indicate a revenue from operations of ₹1,01,106.68 lakh for the quarter, with a profit of ₹8,578.41 lakh.
Re-appointment of Cost Auditors
On the recommendation of the Audit Committee, the Board approved the re-appointment of M/s Gurdeep Singh & Associates as the Cost Auditors of the Company for the financial year 2026-27. This appointment is subject to the approval of the company’s members at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
Appointment of Whole-time Director
Furthermore, the Board approved the appointment of Mr. Ajay Relan (DIN: 00257584) as a Whole-time Director. This appointment is effective from September 01, 2026, for a tenure of five years. The decision was based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and is also subject to the approval of the company’s shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
