Bosch Limited has officially released its investor presentation for the first quarter of the Financial Year 2026-27, for the period ending June 30, 2026. The presentation, shared on August 11, 2026, offers a comprehensive overview of the company’s performance and strategic business highlights.

Production Performance Overview

The production segment for Q1 FY27 shows a total volume of 2,463,000 units, representing a 19% increase compared to Q1 FY26 and a 6% decrease compared to Q4 FY26. Key vehicle categories like Passenger Cars (PC) and Light Commercial Vehicles (LCV) saw significant year-on-year growth. The Indian automotive sector concluded Q1 FY27 on a resilient note, supported by domestic demand and a low base effect, despite geopolitical tensions.

Sector-Wise Sales Performance

Sector-wise, the Mobility solution business grew by 25.7% Q-on-Q and 7.5% SeQ. Growth drivers in the Mobility segment included Power Solutions (+29.0% Q-on-Q, +5.8% SeQ), Mobility Aftermarket (+9.6% Q-on-Q, +8.7% SeQ), and the 2-Wheeler segment (+41.4% Q-on-Q, +20.5% SeQ). The Consumer Goods segment saw a 20.9% growth Q-on-Q but a 15.7% decline SeQ.

Key Financial Highlights

Revenue from operations for Q1 FY27 grew by a substantial 22.0% Q-on-Q to ₹58,419 million, driven by strong performance in Power Solutions, Mobility Aftermarket, and the 2-Wheeler powersports. On a SeQ basis, revenue grew by 5.0%. EBITDA saw a significant 28.0% Q-on-Q growth and 4.7% SeQ growth, attributed to revenue increases and expense optimization. Profit After Tax (PAT) declined by 37.1% Q-on-Q due to an exceptional gain in the previous year’s April-June quarter (sale of BT business) but grew by 23.4% SeQ.

Key Business Highlights by Division

Power Solutions outperformed market growth across segments, with continued focus on upcoming legislations like CAFÉ Phase 3 and CV ADAS. The division also received several customer recognitions for excellence and innovation. The Two-Wheeler and Powersports division met market demands despite geopolitical complexities, integrating safety systems into electric motorcycles and showcasing innovations. The Mobility Aftermarket segment experienced robust growth fueled by lubricants, batteries, and spark plugs, with initiatives like accelerating workshop programs and new product launches. Power Tools delivered strong quarter-over-quarter growth, driven by accelerated demand in construction and auto sectors, maintaining consistent net sales growth and expanding its market reach.
