Key Financial Highlights – Consolidated and Standalone

The presentation delineates the financial performance across both standalone and consolidated statements. For the quarter, it details figures for Revenue from Operations, EBITDA, Profit Before Tax (PBT), and Profit After Tax (PAT), comparing them with the corresponding period in the previous year (Q1 2025-26). The consolidated results show a decrease in revenue from ₹1,151.62 Crore to ₹971.63 Crore, with EBITDA declining from ₹218.44 Crore to ₹179.79 Crore. Standalone figures reflect a similar trend, with revenue dropping from ₹1,062.40 Crore to ₹740.78 Crore and EBITDA falling from ₹226.62 Crore to ₹105.18 Crore. The company noted that standalone performance was impacted by lower sales volumes and under-absorption of fixed costs, while subsidiaries’ improved performance supported consolidated profitability.

Subsidiaries’ Performance and Project Updates

Performance highlights from subsidiaries Ravi Technoforge Private Limited (RTL) and Ratnamani Finow Spooling Solutions Private Limited (RFSS) are also presented, indicating growth in revenue and profitability. The company has completed the external coating facility at the Odisha plant and the HSAW manufacturing facility at the Kutch plant. Additionally, major projects including the carbon steel HSAW spiral pipe facility at Kutch and the coating plant at Odisha have been completed, further strengthening production capabilities.
