Procter & Gamble Hygiene and Health Care Limited has issued a notice to its shareholders regarding an extended special window for the re-lodgement of transfer requests for physical shares. This initiative is in response to a circular issued by SEBI, aiming to facilitate the process of Ease of Doing Business.

Addressing Past Transfer Issues

The special window is specifically designed for shareholders who had transfer deeds lodged prior to the deadline of April 01, 2019, but were subsequently rejected, returned, or not attended to due to deficiencies in documentation or process. SEBI has decided to extend the timeline for these specific cases.

New Deadline for Re-lodgement

Shareholders looking to lodge their transfer requests under this special provision can now do so until February 4, 2027. The company urges its shareholders to take advantage of this extended period and submit any necessary documents.
