Prism Johnson Reports Strong Q2 FY27 Performance

Prism Johnson Limited has announced its financial results for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026. The company demonstrated robust growth across its business segments, highlighted by a consolidated revenue of ₹1,874 crore for Q2 FY27, a notable increase of 8.3% compared to the same period last year.

Improved Profitability and EBITDA Growth

Consolidated EBITDA for the quarter stood at ₹194.3 crore, reflecting a 4.3% year-on-year growth. This improvement was primarily driven by enhanced profitability within the H&R Johnson (HRJ) division. However, this was partially moderated by a decrease in EBITDA from the Prism Cement and Prism RMC segments.

Balance Sheet Strengthening

The company has made significant strides in strengthening its balance sheet. Effective net debt, encompassing financial obligations, LC, and CAD bills, has declined substantially to ₹467 crore as of September 2026, down from ₹888 crore as of March 2026. This reduction was supported by proceeds from the divestment of non-core assets and strong cash accruals from operations.
