Consolidated Financial Highlights

On a consolidated basis, the company delivered a robust performance for Q4, reporting revenue of Rs. 1,617 crore, an EBITDA of Rs. 277 crore, and a PAT of Rs. 108 crore. The annual consolidated revenue reached Rs. 5,368 crore, with an annual PAT of Rs. 832 crore. The annual profit includes a significant gain of Rs. 337 crore net of tax, driven by the strategic monetization of 12 Hybrid Annuity Model (HAM) assets during the fiscal year.
