The total income for the quarter was ₹5,059 lakh (₹50.59 crore). Expenses totaled ₹4,754 lakh (₹47.54 crore), leading to a profit before tax of ₹305 lakh (₹3.05 crore). After accounting for tax expenses of ₹83 lakh, the net profit after tax (PAT) for the standalone entity was ₹222 lakh (₹2.22 crore). Earnings per share (EPS) stood at ₹10.27 (basic and diluted).
Consolidated Financial Performance
On a consolidated basis, which includes the results of its subsidiary, Orient Beverages Limited registered revenue from operations of ₹5,349 lakh (₹53.49 crore) for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. Total income reached ₹5,549 lakh (₹55.49 crore). Total expenses were recorded at ₹5,255 lakh (₹52.55 crore). The profit before tax was ₹294 lakh (₹2.94 crore), and after tax expenses of ₹83 lakh, the consolidated profit after tax was ₹211 lakh (₹2.11 crore). The consolidated EPS was ₹9.76 (basic and diluted).
Other Key Decisions
The Board also approved the appointment of M/s Agarwal Anupam & Associates as Internal Auditors for FY 2026-27 and re-approved the appointment of M/s Manoj Shaw & Co. as Secretarial Auditors for a term of five consecutive financial years commencing from FY 2026-27.
The 65th Annual General Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, September 29, 2029, and the Register of Members will be closed from September 23, 2026, to September 29, 2026, inclusive.
