Strong Q2 FY27 Performance

OneSource Specialty Pharma Limited has announced its financial results for the second quarter ending September 30, 2026, showcasing significant year-on-year and sequential growth. The company reported a 37% increase in revenue on a year-on-year basis, reaching over INR5 billion for the quarter. Sequentially, revenue grew by 15%.

EBITDA and Margin Expansion

EBITDA saw a substantial surge of 53% year-on-year and 32% sequentially. This strong growth in profitability led to an expansion in EBITDA margins by more than 400 basis points quarter-on-quarter, settling at 32% for the quarter. The company highlighted that the faster pace of EBITDA growth compared to revenue growth underscores the operating leverage inherent in its business model. For the first half of the fiscal year, EBITDA grew by 47% year-on-year.

Capacity Expansion Driving Growth

The growth in both the quarter and the first half has been significantly driven by the commissioning of additional DDC capacity in the last quarter. This new capacity has bolstered both commercial and MSA revenues. Furthermore, the company’s third sterile line has completed factory acceptance tests and is ready for qualification, with commercialization anticipated to start in FY28. The company expects the second half of the fiscal year to be stronger than the first, reaffirming its FY28 outlook of $400 million in revenue and $160 million in EBITDA.

Semaglutide and Biologics Pipeline

The company’s semaglutide business continues to grow, with a partner launching the first generic semaglutide in Saudi Arabia. Dr. Reddy’s API has also commenced, supporting relaunch in Canada and other markets. The biologics segment is identified as a key growth pillar, with multiple new project wins secured from both new and existing customers, including end-to-end development to commercialization projects from U.S. biotech firms and a global animal health company.
