Oil India: Sets September 4 as Record Date for FY26 Dividend

Oil India Limited has announced the details for its 67th Annual General Meeting (AGM), scheduled for September 17, 2026. The company has fixed Friday, September 4, 2026, as the ‘Record Date’ for determining shareholder eligibility for the Final Dividend for FY 2025-26. The AGM will be conducted via Video Conferencing, with e-voting available from September 13th to September 16th, 2026.

Oil India Limited (OIL) has formally announced the schedule for its 67th Annual General Meeting (AGM). The meeting is set to take place on Thursday, September 17, 2026, commencing at 11:00 a.m. IST. In line with recent practices, the AGM will be conducted through Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM).

Record Date for Dividend Finalization

A key highlight of the announcement is the fixation of the ‘Record Date’ for the Final Dividend for the financial year 2025-26. The Board of Directors, in its meeting held on May 13, 2026, recommended the dividend, and the company has now designated Friday, September 4, 2026, as the record date. Shareholders registered as of this date will be eligible to receive the dividend, which will be paid within 30 days of shareholder approval.

E-Voting Facility Available

In accordance with regulatory provisions, Oil India Limited will provide an e-voting facility to its members. The remote e-voting period will commence on Sunday, September 13, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. and conclude on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, at 5:00 P.M. Members unable to cast their vote through remote e-voting will have the opportunity to vote during the AGM itself via the e-voting system.
