Effective Wednesday, August 19, 2026, Ms. Shaifali Nehriya has been appointed as the Company Secretary & Key Managerial Personnel (KMP). In this capacity, she will also serve as the SEBI designated Compliance Officer for the company. This strategic appointment was recommended by the Nomination & Remuneration Committee.
Scrutinizer Appointed for E-Voting
Further strengthening its corporate governance framework, Krishna Ventures Limited has also appointed Ms. Teena Rani, proprietor of M/s. MSTR & Associates, Company Secretaries, to act as the Scrutinizer. Her role will be to facilitate the e-voting process for the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.
