The company will convene its 68th AGM on Monday, September 28, 2026, commencing at 11:30 AM IST. This meeting will be conducted exclusively through video conferencing (VC) and other audio-visual means, adhering to the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.
Dividend Entitlement
Furthermore, NMDC has designated Monday, October 5, 2026, as the ‘Record Date’. This date will be used to ascertain the entitlement of shareholders for the final dividend for the financial year 2025-26. The proposed dividend stands at ₹1 per equity share, subject to approval at the aforementioned AGM. Shareholders whose names appear on the company’s register by the close of business on the record date will be eligible to receive this dividend.
Communication to Shareholders
The Notice of AGM, along with the Annual Report for 2025-26, will be dispatched to shareholders solely through electronic mode. This dispatch will be made to those members whose email addresses are registered with the Company or with the Depositories, as per the circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and SEBI.
