National General Industries Ltd. has announced the cut-off date for its 40th Annual General Meeting (AGM) as Thursday, September 24, 2026. Shareholders will be able to cast their votes electronically via e-voting services provided by CDSL. The e-voting period will commence on Saturday, September 26, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. and conclude on Tuesday, September 29, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. The AGM itself will be conducted through video conferencing.

National General Industries Ltd. is pleased to inform its members about the arrangements for its upcoming 40th Annual General Meeting (AGM). In compliance with relevant regulations, the company will facilitate e-voting for shareholders to exercise their voting rights. The AGM will be conducted via Video Conferencing (VC) or other Audio-Visual means (OAVM), as per recent circulars from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and SEBI.

The company has fixed Thursday, September 24, 2026, as the cut-off date for determining the eligibility of shareholders to vote. This applies to shareholders holding shares in both physical and dematerialized forms.
