Auditor’s Review Report
The independent statutory auditors, SRB & Associates and B M Chatrath & Co LLP, have conducted a limited review of the financial results. Their report, dated November 2, 2026, confirms that based on their review, nothing has come to their attention that causes them to believe the accompanying unaudited financial results, prepared in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards, contain any material misstatement. However, they have drawn attention to a matter concerning the non-recognition of revenues from two wind power plants pending execution of a power purchase agreement.
Segment Performance
The standalone segment results show that the Aluminium segment contributed significantly to the profit before tax. The consolidated financial results also reflect the performance of the parent company and its jointly controlled entities, with a profit for the period of ₹1,832.85 crore for the quarter and ₹3,838.19 crore for the six months ended September 30, 2026.
