The project will span an area of approximately 10.05 acres and is projected to deliver a Gross Development Value (GDV) of around INR 1,250 crore.
Project Details and Market Presence
The development is estimated to offer a saleable area of approximately 1 million sq. ft. and will primarily consist of premium residential apartments. This new venture is strategically located about 8 kilometers from Kempegowda International Airport, reinforcing Mahindra Lifespaces’ position in the North Bengaluru residential market, which is identified as a high-growth micro-market. With this addition, MLDL now has three projects in the region, including two land parcels acquired in 2025, collectively representing a development potential of about 3 million sq. ft. of saleable area.
Strategic Location and Future Plans
The project site is situated off the Bengaluru-Hyderabad Highway and is in close proximity to Kempegowda International Airport, offering convenient access to major technology parks, commercial hubs, and essential social infrastructure. The company highlighted the presence of reputed educational institutions, healthcare facilities, and retail destinations, along with upcoming metro connectivity in the vicinity. Mahindra Lifespaces anticipates launching this new project within the next nine months.
