These new signings will collectively add 145 rooms to the company’s portfolio, bolstering its presence in a significant spiritual and pilgrimage destination. The properties are set to be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a subsidiary.

Lemon Tree Hotels, one of India’s prominent hotel chains, is set to expand its footprint in Bihar with the signing of two new agreements in Bodhgaya. The new properties, Lemon Tree Hotel, Bodhgaya and Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels, Bodhgaya, will contribute a combined inventory of 145 rooms to the company’s portfolio. This strategic expansion aims to capitalize on Bodhgaya’s growing importance as a spiritual, pilgrimage, leisure, and business travel destination.
Property Details and Offerings
The Lemon Tree Hotel, Bodhgaya will feature 75 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, banquet facilities, a conference room, a swimming pool, and a fitness center. It will be located approximately 10 kms from Bodhgaya Airport and 14 kms from Gaya Railway Station. The Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels, Bodhgaya will offer 70 well-appointed rooms along with similar amenities, including a restaurant, banquet hall, meeting/conference facilities, a swimming pool, and a fitness center. This property is situated approximately 11 kms from Bodhgaya Airport and 15 kms from Gaya Railway Station.

Both properties will be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited.
