Operational Changes and Financial Impact
Following this termination, the operation of the 80-room hotel will be discontinued. The hotel premises are slated to be handed over to the Lessor upon receipt of an interest-free refundable security deposit. Lemon Tree Hotels Limited has stated that this development is not expected to have any material financial impact on the company’s overall financial standing.
