Lemon Tree Hotels: Board Approves Q1 FY27 Results, Appoints New Chairman

Financial Results Approved

The Board has approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. These results, along with the Limited Review Report from the company’s statutory auditors, have been made available. The financial figures highlight the company’s performance during the first quarter of the fiscal year.

Leadership Appointments

In a significant governance change, the Board, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and subject to shareholder approval, has approved the appointment of Mr. Patanjali Govind Keswani as the Chairman and Non-Executive Director. This appointment will be effective from April 1, 2027. Mr. Keswani’s current tenure as Chairman and Executive Director concludes on March 31, 2027, after which he will transition to his non-executive role to support the company’s succession plan and long-term vision.

Joint Venture for Project Development

The Board also approved the execution of a Joint Venture Agreement (JVA) between Carnation Hotels Private Limited (a wholly-owned subsidiary) and RJ Corp Limited. This JVA pertains to Arum Hotels Private Limited, a Special Purpose Vehicle established for the development of the Aurika Shillong project. Under the JVA, Carnation Hotels will hold 51% of the equity share capital of Arum, while RJ Corp will hold the remaining 49%.

Trading Window Closure

Following the declaration of the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, the ‘Trading Window’ for all Directors, Promoters, Connected Persons, Designated Persons, and their immediate relatives will open after 48 hours.
