The Leela Palaces Hotels & Resorts Limited has reported an impressive quarter for Q1 FY27, demonstrating significant growth and reinforcing its leadership in the luxury hospitality sector. The company announced that its operating revenue grew by 28% year-on-year, reaching ₹3,520 million. This expansion was driven by resilient domestic luxury demand and the company’s strategic positioning.

Key Financial Highlights

In addition to revenue growth, The Leela achieved a 41% increase in operating EBITDA, totaling ₹1,434 million. Profit after tax (PAT) saw a remarkable surge of 460%, amounting to ₹488 million. The company’s operating EBITDA margin stood at a strong 41%, marking the highest-ever Q1 EBITDA margin for The Leela. Metrics such as RevPAR increased by 17%, ADR by 10%, and occupancy by 3.9 percentage points to 67.5%.

The quarter also saw The Leela recognized as the #2 best hotel brand globally by the Travel + Leisure World’s Best Awards 2026. This accolade underscores the brand’s strength and guest-centric approach. The company continues its disciplined capital-efficient expansion strategy, with plans to open new properties and further solidify its presence in premier luxury destinations across India.

The Leela currently operates 15 properties and has a pipeline of 10 additional hotels, supported by a balanced portfolio of owned and managed assets.
