Security and Charge
The debentures are secured by an exclusive and first-ranking charge by way of hypothecation over identified fixed deposits and/or identified standard receivables of the Issuer. This security aims to cover the principal amount and outstanding coupon, equivalent to one time the principal and coupon amount.
Default and Delay Provisions
In instances of default in payment of interest or principal redemption on the due dates, an additional interest of 2% per annum over the coupon rate will be payable by the Company for the defaulting period.
Redemption Details
The NCDs will be redeemed at the price of ₹1,00,000 (Rupees One Lakh Only) per NCD on the Date of Maturity.
