KNR Constructions Limited has formally revoked a previously accepted Letter of Acceptance from the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC). The project, valued at Rs. 157.54 crore, involved the construction of a 2-lane unidirectional flyover and a 3-lane unidirectional flyover. This revocation indicates the cancellation of the aforementioned project, impacting the company’s order book and future revenue streams.
Project Acceptance Revoked
KNR Constructions Limited has issued an intimation regarding the revocation of a Letter of Acceptance previously received from the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC). This announcement follows an earlier disclosure on August 29, 2026, which confirmed the receipt of the acceptance for a significant infrastructure project.
Details of the Project and Revocation
The original Letter of Acceptance pertained to two key components: the Construction of a 2-lane Unidirectional Flyover at NFCL Junction and the Construction of a 2-lane Unidirectional underpass and 3 lane unidirectional flyover at TV9 Junction. Both projects were to be executed under an Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) model within the state of Telangana. The total value of the accepted contract was stated as Rs. 157,54,60,000/- (Rupees One Hundred and Fifty-Seven Crores Fifty-Four Lakhs Sixty Thousand Only), excluding GST.
However, the company has now received a letter from GHMC formally revoking this Letter of Acceptance due to the cancellation of the aforementioned project. This development directly impacts KNR Constructions’ order book and necessitates a reassessment of its projected revenue from this specific contract.
