Previously disclosed as Rs. 167.48 Millions for ‘Long Term Provisions’ and Rs. 10.09 Millions for ‘Short-term provisions’, the corrected figures are now Rs. 127.00 Millions and Rs. 50.57 Millions respectively. Importantly, Kaynes Technology has clarified that despite these specific reclassifications, there has been no change in the Total Liabilities of the company as of March 31, 2026.

Additionally, the corrigendum details reclassifications within the Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. These adjustments pertain to the line items under ‘Other comprehensive income’, specifically concerning ‘Items that will not be reclassified to profit or loss’ and ‘Item that will be reclassified subsequently to profit or loss’. The updated figures for these sections are provided for both the quarter ended March 31, 2026, and the year ended March 31, 2026, for both standalone and consolidated results.
