He is a Post Graduate in Business Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and holds professional qualifications as an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a member of the Indian Institute of Bankers. The bank also confirmed that Mr. K S Raman is not related to any other Directors on the Bank’s board and is not debarred from holding a directorial position by any SEBI order.
