Dividend Payment Update for Shareholders
HB Portfolio Limited has issued an important update regarding the interim dividend for the Financial Year 2026-27. While the Board of Directors declared an interim dividend of ₹1.25 per equity share (representing 12.50% on a face value of ₹10) on August 10, 2026, and paid it on September 1, 2026, this payment has been withheld for shareholders whose KYC details are not up-to-date.

To receive the withheld interim dividend, shareholders are urged to complete their KYC (Know Your Customer) formalities. The company previously requested these updates via a letter dated August 14, 2026. Shareholders need to provide particulars such as PAN, address with PIN code, email address, mobile number, bank details, specimen signature, and nomination information.
The required KYC forms include Form ISR-1, Form ISR-2, and Form SH-13/SH-14/ISR-3. Please note that the PAN furnished must be linked to Aadhaar; otherwise, the folio will be treated as if PAN has not been furnished.
How to Submit Documents
Updated KYC documents can be submitted through the following channels to the company’s Registrar & Share Transfer Agent (RTA), RCMC Share Registry Private Limited:
- Web-portal: Through the RTA’s portal at http://services.rcmcdelhi.com/login.
- Post: By sending hard copies of self-attested documents to the RTA’s address (B-25/1, Okhla Industrial Area, Phase – II, New Delhi – 110020).
- Electronic Mode with e-sign: Via email, provided it is sent from the shareholder’s registered email ID with the RTA.
The RTA will acknowledge the receipt of documents via post or email. The relevant KYC forms are available on the RTA’s website (www.rcmcdelhi.com) and HB Portfolio Limited’s website (www.hbportfolio.com).

If your shares are held in dematerialized form, please update your KYC details directly with your Depository Participant (DP) by providing your DP ID – Client ID.
