ITC: Approves Q1 FY27 Unaudited Financial Results

ITC Limited has announced the approval of its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The company’s Board of Directors also noted the limited review reports from the statutory auditors on these results. The standalone and consolidated financial statements, along with segment-wise performance, have been released, detailing revenue, profit, and other key financial metrics for the period.

ITC Announces Q1 FY27 Financial Results

ITC Limited’s Board of Directors convened on July 31, 2026, to approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter that concluded on June 30, 2026. The Board also formally noted the limited review reports provided by the company’s statutory auditors, Messrs. S R B C & CO LLP, Chartered Accountants, concerning these financial results.

Key Financial Highlights (Standalone)

For the quarter ended June 30, 2026, ITC reported total income from operations of ₹27,588.56 crore. The profit before tax for the period, after exceptional items, stood at ₹4,759.41 crore. Consequently, the net profit after tax for the quarter was ₹3,578.82 crore. Total comprehensive income for the period amounted to ₹4,021.93 crore. Earnings per share (basic and diluted) were reported at ₹2.86.

Consolidated Financial Performance

On a consolidated basis, for the same quarter, ITC’s total income from operations reached ₹30,179.01 crore. The profit before tax, after exceptional items, was ₹5,860.85 crore. The net profit after tax for the consolidated entity was ₹4,508.79 crore. Total comprehensive income for the consolidated group was ₹4,874.50 crore. Consolidated earnings per share (basic and diluted) were ₹3.51.

Segment-wise Performance

The company also provided a breakdown of its performance by business segment. For the standalone entity:

  • FMCG – Cigarettes reported segment revenue of ₹15,383.55 crore and segment results of ₹3,341.23 crore.
  • FMCG – Others contributed segment revenue of ₹6,481.95 crore and segment results of ₹478.61 crore.
  • Agri Business generated segment revenue of ₹8,082.06 crore with segment results of ₹353.79 crore.
  • Paperboards, Paper & Packaging had segment revenue of ₹2,307.24 crore and segment results of ₹224.22 crore.

In the consolidated segment results, the FMCG – Cigarettes segment recorded revenue of ₹16,596.67 crore and results of ₹3,769.11 crore. The FMCG – Others segment reported revenue of ₹6,687.90 crore and results of ₹484.97 crore.

Other Details

The Board meeting commenced at 12:55 p.m. and concluded at 4:20 p.m. on the same day. The documents submitted are in compliance with Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
