Ircon International: Q1 FY27 Unaudited Results Approved, Cost Auditor Re-appointed

Ircon International Limited’s Board of Directors convened on Wednesday, August 12, 2026, to approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The meeting also saw the re-appointment of M/s Bandyopadhyaya Bhaumik & Co. as the Cost Auditor for the Financial Year 2026-27. The financial results, including standalone and consolidated figures, were reviewed by the Audit Committee and subsequently approved by the Board.

Board Approves Q1 FY27 Financial Results

During its meeting held on Wednesday, August 12, 2026, the Board of Directors of Ircon International Limited has formally approved the unaudited financial results for the first quarter of the financial year ending June 30, 2026. These results encompass both standalone and consolidated financial statements, which had previously been reviewed by the Audit Committee.

Cost Auditor Re-appointed for FY 2026-27

In addition to the financial review, the Board also approved the re-appointment of M/s Bandyopadhyaya Bhaumik & Co., Cost Accountants, as the company’s Cost Auditor for the upcoming Financial Year 2026-27. The meeting commenced at 02:30 P.M. and concluded at 3:55 P.M.

Financial Highlights

The unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, indicate a total income from operations of ₹1800.27 crore on a standalone basis and ₹1955.83 crore on a consolidated basis. Net profit after tax stood at ₹163.52 crore for standalone results and ₹92.03 crore for consolidated results. The total comprehensive income for the quarter was ₹167.54 crore (standalone) and ₹96.04 crore (consolidated).

Segmental Performance

Segment-wise, the revenue from customers for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, was ₹1,926.54 crore (standalone) and ₹2,042.73 crore (consolidated). The profit before tax for the standalone segment was ₹203.52 crore (International: ₹26.80 crore, Domestic: ₹178.64 crore), and for the consolidated segment, it was ₹126.81 crore (International: ₹27.02 crore, Domestic: ₹205.33 crore). Total assets for the standalone segment reached ₹15,028.35 crore, with consolidated total assets at ₹21,184.75 crore.

Auditors’ Review

The financial results have undergone a limited review by the statutory auditors, Ramesh C Agrawal & Co., who have issued their report. The auditors noted that the financial statements were prepared in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and other recognized accounting practices. The auditors’ review report is attached as Annexure-A.
